摘要
采用高效液相色谱-二级管阵列检测器(HPLC/DAD),建立测定纺织品中芦荟主要成分(芦荟苷,芦荟大黄素和大黄酚)含量的方法。HPLC的色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6×150 mm,5 m),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(80∶20,体积比),流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为256 nm和358 nm。通过验证,其标准曲线在检测范围内均呈良好线性(R2≥0.999),日内和日间精密度的相对标准偏差RSD小于2.97%,3个加标水平的平均回收率为95.1%~101.1%。
The method for determination of aloe components in textiles, including aloin, aloe-emodin and chrysophanol, is established by HPLC/DAD. Chromatography is carried out on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 × 150 mm,5 m) using the mobile phase of methonal-0. 1% aqueous phosphoric acid(80:20, volume ratio) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wave- lengths are set at 256 nm and 358 nm. Through verification, the calibration curves show good linearity (R^2≥0.999) in a relatively wide concentration range. The intra-and inter-day precisions are achieved with RSD less than 2.97%. The average recovery of target compounds (spiked at three concentration levels) are in the range of 95.1% -101.1%.
