述情障碍、应对方式与高中生抑郁情绪的相关研究

Alexithymia、coping style and depression of senior high school students in related research

①目的探讨高中生述情障碍、应对方式与抑郁情绪之间的关系。②方法采用多伦多述情障碍表、应对方式问卷、抑郁自评量表,对380名高中生进行问卷调查。③结果女高中生较男高中生更多使用求助的应对方式(t=-2.264,P=-0.024);农村生源的高中生述情障碍、抑郁水平明显均高于城市生源高中生(t1=-4.603,P1<0.01;t2=-2.438,P<0.05)。不同年级的高中生在述情障碍得分上存在显著性差异(P<0.01);高中生述情障碍与抑郁水平呈显著正相关(r=0.270,P<0.01),与应对因子解决问题、求助呈显著负相关(r1=-0.281,P1<0.01;r2=-0.127,P2<0.05),与自责呈正相关(r=0.233,P<0.01)。④结论农村生源的高中生述情障碍与抑郁情绪的发生率均高于城市高中生;述情障碍得分高的高中生抑郁情绪的发生率较高;述情障碍水平高的高中生较少使用成熟的应对方式。

Objective To explore high school students,coping style and the relationship between depressed mood. Methods Using the Toronto Alexithymia Scale, coping style questionnaire, self rating depression scale, on 380 high school students conduc- ted a questionnaire survey. Results The female high school students than male high school students use more help coping style （ t = - 2.264, P = - 0. 024 ） , a source of rural high school students alexithymia, depression levels were significantly were higher than that of city students （ t 1 = - 4. 603, P 1 〈 0.01 ; t 2 = - 2.438, P 〈 0.05 ） ; different grades of high school students in alexithymia scores show significant differences（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The high school students alexithymia and depression levels were positively correlated（ r = 0.270, P 〈 0.01 ） and coping factor to solve the problem, help was significantly negative correlation（ r 1 = - o. 281, P 1 〈 0.01 ; r 2 = - 0. 127, P 2 〈 0.05 ）, and self - blame were positively correlated（ r = 0. 233, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The source of rural high school students alexithymia and depressive mood had significantly higher incidences of city high school students ; alexithymia scored higher on the depression of senior high school students have a higher prevalence of alexithymia level; the senior high school students are less suitable for mature coping styles.
