摘要
青岛碱业股份有限公司利用厂区近海地理优势 ,结合氨碱法纯碱生产特点 ,在生产中广泛使用海水 ,并成功地解决了部分工艺过程中以海水代替自来水 ,使吨碱耗海水 80 m3,耗自来水仅为 6 m3/t,年海水用量达 40 0 0万 m3,节约了能源 ,提高了自身经济效益 ,同时为缓解城市供水紧张状况做出了贡献。
By use of the superiority of nearshore topography adjacent to Qingdao Alkali company Ltd, with the feature of sodicom carbonate product employed ammonia soda process, seawater is widely used in production. The technical procedure of fresh water displaced by seawater is successfully solved. Seawater consumption is 80m 3 and fresh water consumption is only 6m 3 for solium carbonate product per ton. Total seawater consumption per year reaches 40 million m 3 . Therefore power is saved, economieal benifit is improved, and contribution is made for the shortage of fresh water supplication in city.
