人工全膝关节置换术围手术期护理进展 被引量:4

摘要 随着我国人口的老龄化,膝关节疾病的发病率呈明显增加的趋势[1]。各种炎症性膝关节炎、创伤性关节炎、老年人膝关节病变如不能得到及时有效的治疗,常常导致膝关节功能的丧失。临床非手术治疗效果欠佳,人工全膝关节置换术是治疗膝关节疾病的有效方法。关节置换手术以后膝关节能够负重、伸屈,并有良好的稳定性,实施人工全膝关节置换术的目的在于缓解膝关节疼痛,矫正膝关节畸形[2],改善关节功能,提高患者生活质量。
