镍铝青铜合金中组织与布氏硬度关系的定量金相分析 被引量:9

Relationship between microstructure and Brinell hardness of nickel-aluminum bronze by quantitative metallography analysis

摘要 基于定量金相分析方法研究了不同热处理后的镍铝青铜显微组织与布氏硬度的关系。重点分析了固溶温度和时效温度变化时,镍铝青铜软相与硬相比例、α相的平均晶粒尺寸与布氏硬度的定量关系。结果表明,针对挤制态的合金,当固溶温度在900~950℃范围变化时,合金布氏硬度对α相的尺寸和软硬相比例非常敏感,且满足特定的回归方程。当合金在不同温度下时效,时效温度对α相的尺寸和软硬相比例影响很小,不同时效温度下的合金布氏硬度变化主要受β'相分解的影响。 Relationship between microstructure and Brinell hardness of nickel-aluminum bronze after different heat treatments was analyzed by quantitative metallography. With solution treatment temperature and aging temperature changing, the quantitative relationship between the Brinell hardness and the ratio of hard and soft phases, the average grain size of c~ phase in the alloy were investigated. The results show that Brinell hardness of the alloy is sensitive to the ratio of soft and hard phases and the average grain size of α phase, and meets the specific regression equation when solution temperature changes in the range of 900-950 ℃. However, effects of aging temperature on the ratio of soft and hard phases and the average grain size of α phase are insensitive, and Brinell hardness of the alloy is dominated by the decomposition of β' phase when the alloy is aged at different temperatures.
