摘要
通过改变均热温度、保温时间,对高Nb-X80管线钢奥氏体晶粒长大规律进行了研究。结果表明,当保温温度高于1200℃时,奥氏体晶粒长大倾向显著增加,最佳保温温度范围为1150~1200℃。在1050~1200℃,高Nb-X80管线钢奥氏体晶粒长大规律为D1/0.1294-D01/0.1294=6.283×1022exp(-(426310)/(RT))t。
Abstract: By changing heating temperature and holding time, the austenite grain growth behavior of high Nb-X80 pipeline steel was studied. The results show that, when the holding temperature is higher than 1200 ℃, the austenite grain growth tendency increases significantly, the optimum holding temperature range is 1150-1200 ℃. Under the temperature range of 1050-1200 ℃, the austenite grain growth behavior ofhigh Nb-XSO pipeline steel can be described asD1/0.1294-Do^1/0.1294=6.283×10^22exp(-426310/RT)t.
