摘要
文章概述了制造系统的一般规律和特点 ,以及组成制造系统先进制造技术的三个制造技术群。给出了船舶制造系统的定义 ,提出了基于集成环境下船舶制造系统的结构模式 ,并分析了各子系统的相互关系。为达到控制中间产品流通的目的 ,文中首次提出了节点中间产品的概念。最后分析了基于集成的船舶制造系统下的决策模式 ,即在计算机网络下的“协同工作”
The rule and specialty of Manufacturing System are summarized. And the Advanced Technology(AMT) is composed to three groups of Manufacturing Technology. Shipbuilding system is defined in this paper. The structure of Integrated Shipbuilding Mode is presented at first. The relation between subsystems are analysed. In order to control interim products, the concept about node interim product is introduced at first. At last, based on integrated shipbuilding system a decision-making mode, which is working in coordination, is studyed.
