摘要
为了解津巴布韦引进品种(津引品种)特性,筛选出适宜云南玉溪烟区种植的品种,采用显微观察活体叶片、GC/MS法分析了津引烤烟品种KRK22,KRK23,KRK26,T29和云南主栽品种K326,红花大金元(红大)上、中、下3个部位成熟期叶片腺毛密度及叶片腺毛分泌物。结果表明:①不同烤烟品种间烟叶腺毛密度差异显著,红大、K326腺毛密度最大,显著高于津引品种KRK23和KRK22;②不同烤烟品种间烟叶腺毛分泌物含量差异显著,K326、红大的腺毛分泌物总量最多,显著高于津引品种KRK23。腺毛密度和分泌物量间呈显著正相关,但不是线性关系。从腺毛密度和腺毛分泌物等与烟叶品质较密切的性状来看,表现较好的为云南主栽品种K326和红大,优于津引品种,综合表现较差的为KRK23。
In order to investigate the characteristics of tobacco introduced from Zimbabwe and screen the cultivar best suitable for Yuxi in Yunnan, the density and exudates of glandular trichome in matured upper, middle and lower leaves of 4 introduced cultivars (KRK22, KRK23, KRK26 and T29) and 2 major cultivars (K326 and Honghuadajinyuan) in Yunnan were compared by living body microscopic observation and GC/MS analysis. The results showed that: 1) The glandular trichome density differed significantly among cultivars, that of Honghuadajinyuan and K326 were the largest and significantly higher than that of KRK22 and KRK23. 2) The glandular trichome exudate content differed significantly among varieties, that of Honghuadajinyuan and K326 were the highest and significantly higher than that of KRK23. The density and exudate content of glandular trichome significantly positively correlated, though not linearly. In view of that tobacco quality closely related to the density and exudates of glandular trichome, Honghuadajinyuan and K326 were better than the introduced cultivars, particularly KRK23.
