含硬煤分层综放工作面合理区段煤柱宽度数值模拟 被引量:6

Numerical Simulation of Reasonable Width of Section Coal Pillar of Fully-mechanized Caving Face with Hard Coal Layered

摘要 为了确定合理的区段煤柱宽度,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,结合某矿的具体地质条件,模拟分析不同区段煤柱宽度下的煤柱应力大小及塑性破坏情况。结果表明,煤柱的宽度由20 m减小到13 m时,煤柱内仍具有较好的承载能力,小于13 m时煤柱出现塑性破坏而失去承载能力,最后确定煤柱的宽度为13 m。 In order to ensure the reasonable width of section coal pillar, the FLAC3D numerical simulation software combined with the specific conditions of a mine has been adopted. The stress intensity and plastic destruction under different width of coal pillar have been analyzed. The results show that the coal pillar still has better carrying capacity while the width of coal pillar reduces from 20 m to 13 m, but when the width of coal pillar is less than 13 m, the coal pillar loses its carrying capacity. Finally, the reasonable width of coal pillar is 13 m.
