地铁车轮踏面损伤现状和滑行机理的研究

Research on the Present Conditions of Metro Wheel Tread Damage and Sliding Mechanism

因滑行使车轮踏面损伤 ,引起振动和噪声 ,为此要经常旋削车轮 ,从而缩短了使用寿命。为改善这一状况 ,本文对引起车辆滑行的原因进行了现车运行调查和试验 ,开发了滑行探测装置 ,了解了易发生滑行的车辆和线路 ,进行了理论分析 。

Sliding will result in the damage on the wheel tread,and cause vibration and noise as well.Therefore,the wheels should be often turned,and the service life is shortened.In order to improve such conditions,the field investigation and testing for the causes for sliding of rolling stock are made,the sliding detection device is developed,the railway cars and lines where sliding is likely to happen are found out,the theoretical analysis is made,and counter measures to prevent the sliding are put forward.
