国产优质面条小麦品种筛选与品质研究

Screening and quality of domestic high quality wheat varieties for noodle

摘要 为了筛选出国产优质面条小麦品种,通过对种植在不同年份同一地块的不同小麦品种进行了RVA糊化特性的研究,经过多批次的品质分析及制面品质研究,筛选出了郑农16、豫麦47、温麦6号等3个国产优质面条小麦品种。其淀粉品质优良,制作出的面条品质较好,超过了我国优质面条小麦品种935031。 In order to screen domestic high quality wheat varieties for noodle, we studied RVA pasting properties of several kinds of wheat varieties planted in the same plots in different years. By multi-batch quality analysis and flour quality, we screened three domestic high quality wheat varieties for noodle including Zhengnong 16, Yumai 47 and Wenmai 6. The starch quality was good, and the noodles produced had better quality than 935031.
