外阴白色病变276例治疗分析

Treatment analysis of 276 patients with white lesions of the vulva

目的探讨自制外阴洗剂及膏剂治疗外阴白色病变的疗效。方法 276例外阴白色病变患者采用中药外阴洗剂及膏剂局部给药的方法进行治疗。结果本组患者总有效率达98.95%,轻症疗效高于重症,无任何不良反应。结论外阴白色病变局部用药,中西医结合,疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

[ Abstract ] Objective To explore the efficacy of lotion and cream in the treatment of vulvar white lesions of vulva. Methods 276 case of patients with white lesions of the vulva in our hospital, Using traditional Chinese medicine lotion and ointment vulva local administration method in the treatment of this disease. Results The total response rate was 98.95%, the response in the mild patients was better than that in the intensive patients, all the patients had not any adverse reaction. Conclusion White lesions of the vulva were treated by local drug, combining with TCM and western medicine, which had obvious curative effect, it was safe and reliable, which was worthy of clinical application.
