卵巢癌手术治疗34例远期疗效观察

Long term effect of surgery in 34 patients with ovarian cancer

目的探讨卵巢癌手术治疗的远期疗效。方法对1988年4月—2006年12月我院手术治疗的34例卵巢癌患者的临床资料和随访结果进行分析。结果 1,3,5,10年生存率分别为85.3%(29/34)、41.2%(14/34)、35.3%(12/34)、17.6%(3/17),死亡共22例,均为复发和转移死亡。分期生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论卵巢癌的死因是复发和转移;应从早期诊治入手,术后规范化治疗,可以提高生存率。

Objective Explore the long-term outcome of surgical treatment of ovarian cancer. Methods From April 1988 to December 2006, clinical and follow-up data in 34 eases of ovarian cancer after surgical treatment were analyzed. Result 1, 3, 5 and 10 year survival rate 85.3%（29/34）,41.2%（14/34）,35.3%（12/34）,17.6%（3/17）. 22 patients were dead from relapse and metastasis. Survival rate of staging comparing was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The cause of death was relapse and metastasis of ovarian cancer;, early diagnosis and postoperative standardized treatment would improve survival.
