牙周牙髓联合病变76例临床诊疗分析

Clinical analysis of diagnosis and treatment in 76 cases of combined periodontic-endodontic lesions

目的探讨牙周牙髓联合病变的临床特点及诊疗方法,提高对该病的诊疗效果。方法以我院口腔门诊76例牙周牙髓联合病变患者作为研究对象,在根管治疗的基础上分类治疗,观察疗效。结果显效63颗(74.1%),有效12颗(14.1%),无效10颗(11.8%),总有效率为88.2%。3种不同情况的病变中,治疗结果大体相当,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙髓牙周联合病变临床表现比较复杂,明确诊断后,在根管治疗的基础上分类治疗,预后良好,大多数患牙能够得以保留。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of combined periodontic-endodontic lesions and to improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods 76 eases of combined periedontie-endedontic lesion patients in our hospital dental clinic were chosen as the object of study, on the basis of root canal treatment, the patients was classified and got treatment, the effects of treatment were observed. Results 63 cases （74.1%）showed markedly effect, 12 cases （ 14.1%）were effective and 10 eases （ 11.8%）were ineffective, total combined response rate was 88.2%. The treatment results of three different lesions were roughly the same, the difference between groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of combined periodontic-endodontie lesions were complex, though classified and cured on the basis of root canal treatment after diagnosis, most teeth could be retained.
