8V240ZJ型柴油机是大连机车车辆厂与英国里卡多公司进行技术合作,新近研制开发的高强化V型8缸机,该机是240/275型柴油机的系列产品,其缸径为240mm,活塞行程为275mm,标定转速为1000r/min,标定功率为1620kW,装车最大运用功率为1470kW。本文详细介绍了8V240ZJ型柴油机的主要技术参数、总体布置、平衡机构、机油系统、增压系统、机体和曲轴等主要零部件的结构设计、试验结果及后来的部分改进情况。
The 8V240ZJ type diesel engine is of a high strengthening V type 8 - cylinder engine recently developed by Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Works through technical cooperation with Ricardo Consulting Engineers Co. Ltd. , UK. It is a series product of 240/275 diesel engines. Its'cylinder bore is 240mm, piston stroke is 275mm, rated speed is 1000 r/min, rated power is 1620kW and maximum service power is 1470kW. This paper describes in detail the engine's main technical peremeters, general layout, balance mechanism, engine oil system, charging system, engine block and the structure designs of some main parts and components, such as crankshaft, test results and the subsequent modifications.
