摘要
Pathway也称为通路,是一个关联到特定代谢过程的一连串的连锁反应,在生物学中起到十分重要的作用。本文从不同的数据库中寻找通路找到一个特定反应中的所有物质,在找到通路之后,分析它并获得所有通路参与者的更详细的信息。通过本文方法,可以帮助生物学家节省很多时间来解析通路。
Pathway, is a chain of reactions associated with a particldar metabolic process, plays a very important role in biology. This paper can find all material in a particular reaction through searching pathway in different databases. Alter finding the path- way, this paper analyzes it and gets more detailed information of all participants in the pathway. Using this method, it can help biologists to save a lot of time when resolving the pathway.
