依那普利联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

Clinical study of Enalapril and Nifedipine combination in adult primary hypertension

目的探讨依那普利联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效及安全性。方法将102例原发性高血压患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,分别给予单用依那普利、单用硝苯地平及依那普利联合硝苯地平进行治疗,观察降压效果及不良反应。结果服药4周后,A组总有效率为55.88%,B组总有效率为61.76%,C组总有效率为85.29%。A组与B药组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),C组与A、B组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压疗效好,不良反应少,其疗效优于单药治疗。

Objective To discuss the efficacy and tolerability of combination of enalapril and nifedipine in the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods Dividing 102 patients into 3 parts randomly and then separately applying enalapril,nifedipine and combination of enalapril and nifedipine for 4 weeks.These patients would be followed up to observe the effect of drugs and severe side effects.Results The total efficacy of enalapril and nifedipine were 55.88% and 70.59% respectively（P〉0.05）.And compared with the other two methods,the total efficacy of combination was 85.29%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of enalapril and nifedipine is effective in hypertension patientswith little adverse effects and good safety.
