研究生辅导员是研究生思想政治教育工作的主力军,明确研究生辅导员的角色定位,是确保研究生思想政治教育工作落到实处的有效保证。目前各高校对研究生辅导员的角色定位存在很大的差异和模糊性,笔者结合工作实际,对高校研究生辅导员的角色定位进行了初步的探析。

At present, colleges and universities on the role of the graduate student counselors have big difference and fuzziness. The author combined with the actual work took preliminary analysis of the role of the colleges and universities graduate counselors.
