在我国文化产业"大发展、大繁荣"的时代背景下,皖北地区动漫产业虽有了初步的发展,但正面临着许多现实的问题:动漫公司数量较少、整体的发展水平偏低、动漫专业人才匮乏、资金短缺瓶颈制约、市场运营机制不健全等。推动皖北地区动漫产业的发展应采取有效的策略:加大帮扶力度,健全动漫产业政策体系;完善动漫人才结构,培养高端技能型专业人才;畅通投融资渠道,多方面筹集动漫产业发展资金;以皖北地区的地方特色文化为题材,大力发展动漫原创,带动动漫产业链发展,全面提升皖北地区的绿色GDP;加强动漫产品知识产权的保护,保障动漫产业的可持续发展。
