摘要
弧面凸轮分度机构是一种新型间歇传动机构,广泛应用于各种机械传动中。我们以弧面凸轮工作轮廓面方程和共轭接触方程为基础,详细计算了弧面凸轮分度机构的运动参数和几何参数,并根据设计要求,利用UG构造了弧面凸轮分度机构的三维特征模型。
The globoidal cam indexing mechanism is one kind of new intermittent transmission system, which is widely applied to all kinds of mechanical drive. The paper describes parameters calculation of movement and geometry based on contour equations and conjugate contact equation in detail, and generates 3D characteristics model of globoidal cam indexing mechanism based on design requisitions.
