温州市区交通治堵问题研究

Research on the Traffic Congestion Problems in Wenzhou City

城市交通受拥堵问题困扰,各种治堵措施治标不易治本更难。温州家庭轿车爆发性增长,公共交通发展相对滞后,排堵管理困难重重。为寻找一种有可能彻底解决交通拥堵问题的办法,我们提出在主城区域特定时段实行全区域机动车禁行,全面开通快速公交专用线路网,构建便捷的公共交通系统的设想及若干政策建议。

With the perplexity of urban traffic congestion problems, various congestion-treatment measures only take temporary solution, but effect a permanent cure more difficult. With family cars explosive growth, public transportation development lags behind, and there are great difficulties in the congestion-treatment management. In order to find a possible thorough solution for the traffic congestion problem, this paper puts forward some assumptions and policy suggestions to restrict driving for the whole area motor vehicle in the city main urban area during specific period of time, comprehensively open rapid bus leased line network, and construct convenient public transportation system.
