生存质量评估与中医药治疗肿瘤关系探讨

Discussion on Relation between TCM Treatment of Cancer and Evaluation of Life Quality

癌症是复杂、难治的一类疾病,它给患者的影响是多方面的。治疗的质量体现在"量"和"质"两方面,而临床上往往注重"量"而回避了"质"。单纯依靠检验上所体现出的瘤体的缩小、指标的趋好,来指导治疗和判断预后的方式,现在越来越被患者及家属所诟病和被临床医疗工作者质疑。对于治疗结果的正确预期和合理、有效的评估,中医药等传统医学的参与,可以从更大程度上帮助我们优化治疗方案,使治疗的过程获得最大收益。文章试论中医药在肿瘤治疗中的作用、生存质量评估对于肿瘤治疗的意义及二者的关系。

Cancer is a complex disease which is difficult to treat and affects patients in many ways. The treatment effect is mainly reflected in two points, the quantity and quality, in clinic the former was focused while the latter was ignored. Only depending on physical examination（tmnor size, tumor markers, etc. ）as a guide and prognosis, has been increasingly criticized by patients and their families, and also questioned by clinicians. Considering the expectations of treatment resuhs and reasonable and eftective assessment,the participation of traditional Chinese medicine can help us optimize the treatment options in maxinmm as much as possible,so that patients can receive maximum benefit. We try to discuss the role of TCM and the significance of QoL （quality of life）evaluation in the cancer treatment,and the relationship between both.
