摘要
目的:比较传统明煅水飞和采用现代振动磨制得的煅炉甘石理化性质的差异,为炉甘石的合理炮制提供科学依据。方法:用激光粒度分析仪测定不同粒度煅炉甘石的粒径分布,采用表面及孔径分析仪和扫描电子显微镜对不同粒度煅炉甘石的结构进行表征,并用X射线衍射(XRD),红外分光光度(IR)等法对不同粒度煅炉甘石进行成分分析,结合滴定法测定粉体中ZnO的含量。结果:与明煅水飞法制得的煅炉甘石相比,使用振动磨制得的煅炉甘石中ZnO的含量相对较低,粒径相对较小,粒径分布相对均匀,比表面积、孔隙率及真密度各有差异。结论:传统明煅水飞和采用现代振动磨制得的不同粒径的煅炉甘石中ZnO有一定差异,而且物理性质亦有差异。
Objective : To study the difference of physicochemical properties about calamine obtained with the methods of water grind and vibration grind to provide scientific and rational basis for the processing of calamine. Methods : The particle size distribution of the Calcined Calamine Powder with different sizes was measured by laser analyzer. The structure was characterised by the surface and pore size analyzer and the scanning electron microscope. The element was analyzed by XRD and IR. The content of ZnO in the powder was determined by the EDTA titrimetry. Results : Compared with the method of water grind, the content of ZnO in calamine obtained with the method of vibration grind was lower and the particle size was smaller. The particle size distribution was relatively uniform. The surface area, porosity and actual density were different between the two methods. Conclusion:Compared with the method of water grind, ZnO in calamine obtained with the method of vibration grind and the physicochemical properties of the Calcined Calamine Powder with different sizes are different.
