摘要
目的:优化西洋参水溶性蛋白的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用单因素考察和L9(34)正交试验,以西洋参水溶性蛋白的提取率为考察指标,优化最优的提取工艺。结果:采用pH值为7的缓冲溶液,料液比(w/v)1∶15,浸提两次,每次12h为西洋参水溶性蛋白的最佳提取工艺。结论:优化得到的提取工艺合理,重复性良好,可为西洋参水溶性蛋白提取工艺的确定提供实验依据。
Objective : To study the extraction process of water-solubility protein from American ginseng. Methods : The orthogonal design L9 (34) was used and the water-solubility protein extraction rate was as the index, optimizing the best extraction process. Results :The best process condition was that pH was 7,15 times amount of samples ,the extraction time was 12 hours ,extracting twice. Conclusion : This process is the best and it can be used for extraction of water-solubility protein from American ginseng.
