缝隙连接蛋白S368位点突变的慢病毒载体构建及鉴定

摘要 蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)的发生发展机制一直是神经科学研究领域的难题。临床上其发病率高,总体治疗效果和愈后不佳。我们的研究结果显示缝隙连接蛋白(Cx43)与SAH后CVS的发生发展有着紧密关联。
