塞莱昔布对鼠心脏移植后不同时间外周血CD4+淋巴细胞的不同调节作用

摘要 塞莱昔布是环氧合酶-2(COX-2)特异性抑制剂,能诱导细胞凋亡;、抗肿瘤,作为非甾体抗炎药物和免疫治疗佐剂在临床上使用”,但新的研究结果显示,塞莱昔布的药理作用相当复杂,同时具有诱导细胞凋亡或者抗凋亡的双重作用。塞莱昔布可保护心脏移植时供体心肌细胞,降低其凋亡率,
