摘要
产品配置管理(PCM)是产品数据管理(PDM)体系结构的重要组成部分,是广义的物料清单管理。阐述了PDM环境下的PCM基本原理,以高速列车塞拉门产品配置为例,研究了变量配置、版本配置与有效性配置三种配置约束规则下产品配置管理形式,给出PCM的概念结构模型及配置算法。应用该算法开发的配置系统具有简单性和实用性,为PDM与大规模定制更高级集成提供了实践依据。
The PCM is an important part of system architecture of PDM and it is a generalized BOM. Discusses the basic principles of PCM and takes the configuration of sliding-plug door as an example to research the management form of PCM by three kinds of restrict rules including variable configuration, edition configuration and validity configuration. It gives the concept structure model and the configuration algorithm of PCM. The configuration system based on this algorithm has simplicity and usability. It provides a practical reason for the integration of PDM and MC with more higher level.
