摘要
分析了大型激光加工中心(Large-scale Laser Process Center,LLPC)产品模块构成与功能使用的特点,根据系统定义确定该产品的模块连接关系为设计重点,提出一种基于产品由内至外的框架式结构,基于框架式工程结构,分析了系统因素进行定量优化等工业设计内容,并在该产品的工业设计过程中尝试,通过最终的产品实物验证,获得了设计方法的预期效果,简化了产品工程结构,提高了产品的品质与形象,为同类机床产品的设计提供一定参考。
It analyzed the modules and functional characters of the Large-scale Laser Process Center (LLPC), determined the relationship to modules as the design point with the systemic definition, put forward a frame design method from inside to outside. Based on the frame strueture it has analyzed on the system optimization and the industrial design factors. This method has been tried in the LLPC product design process. It gave an expectation on the final reality product,it simplified the structure, improved the quality and the image, gave an design example for the same kind of product.
