摘要
为实现滚动轴承的动力学仿真,以7003A轴承为例,用UG软件建立滚动轴承的实体模型,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件中生成有限元模型,设外圈、内圈和滚动体为弹性体,对外圈固定,内圈施加一定转速,内圈内表面下半部施加均布压力,分析了滚动轴承在运转过程中的接触应力、转速及振动的变化规律。该研究为轴承振动响应预测提供了一条新的研究途径。
In order to realize the dynamic simulation of the rolling bearing,the physical model of 7003A rolling bearing was built using UG software, then the finite element analysis model of rolling bearing was constructed in ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The outer ring, inner ring and roller were supposed to be elastic material. The outer ring was fixed and the inner ring was exerted by pressure and rotational speed. Analyzed the change regularity of contact stress, speed, vibration. The research provides a new way for bearing vi- bration response prediction.
