摘要
在已推导出的弧面分度凸轮廓面方程的基础上,提出弧面分度凸轮轮廓曲面三维实体建模的一种方法:以MAT-LAB为编程工具编写廓面程序,应用三维设计软件Pro/E4.0完成弧面分度凸轮机构的三维实体建模,同时在仿真加工模式下对弧面分度凸轮进行了加工刀具轨迹的模拟,给弧面分度凸轮机构的设计与数控加工提供了参考。
Puts forward globoidal indexing cam contour surface 3D solid modeling of a kind of method, on the basis of profile surface equation has been derived of globoidal indexing cam : MATLAB is for programming tool to write contour surface program, by using 3D design software Pro/E 4.0 ,complete globoidal indexing cam mechanism of the 3D solid modeling. At the same time it introduces machining tool path simulation of globoidal indexing cam through simulation machining module, provides a reference for the design and numerical control machining of the globoidal indexing cam mechanism.
