摘要
提出了一种新型的便携式电梯限速器检测装置,该装置由电源变换模块和电动机总成模块组成。电源变换模块为检测装置提供工作电压,电动机总成模块内含驱动电动机和单片机测控系统。单片机控制交流伺服电动机驱动被测电梯限速器的轮盘,通过霍尔接近开关采集限速器轮盘的转速,结合轮盘的节圆直径即可计算出轿厢移动的速度。限速器的电气动作速度和机械动作速度分别通过电气开关和机械限位器来获得。给出了检测装置的结构组成,分析了检测装置的测控原理,设计了具体的检测流程,最终研制出了检测装置的样机。试用结果表明:该装置的检测精度满足国家标准规定的各项要求,具有体积小、重量轻、便于携带、安装方便、操作简单和可靠性高的优点,应用前景广阔。
A new type of portable testing device for elevator speed governor is presented which is made up of power converting module and scrvo motor module. The power converting module supplies working power for the testing device and the servo motor module includes a driving motor and a single-chip micro-computer measuring and controlling system. The single-chip micro-comput- er controls the servo motor to drive the speed governor' s wheel. Through a Hall switch,the rotating speed of the wheel can be measured and the lift car' s moving speed can be calculated combined with the pitch circle diameter. The electrical acting speed and mechanical acting speed of the speed governor can be obtained with the aid of an electrical switch and a mechanical limit switch. The components of the testing device are introduced, the working principle of the testing device is analyzed, the concrete testing procedure is designed and finally the prototype of the testing device is developed. The trial results indicate that the testing precision of the device meets the national standard' s demands. The testing device has the advantages of small size,light weight and being easy to carry about. It is convenient to install and operate,and good reliability,so it has wide prospects of being popularized.
