摘要 除氧器是一种复杂的系列机械产品,并要根据不同客户的要求个性化设计,从而造成设计周期长、设计错误多的问题,鉴于此提出了一种快速设计系统的方法。这种方法是以数据库和模型库为支撑,依托除氧器总体、零/部件、标准件等所有参数和属性组成的专家系统以及经验丰富的设计师总结出来的计算、选型、设计等方法,使用VB高级语言对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,从而实现了从参数计算到结构设计,以及最终生成二维CAD图样的除氧器智能参数化设计。实践证明应用此系统使得设计速度及准确率大大提高,达到了设计要求。 Deaerator is a complex series of mechanical products, and need to design personally according to different customers' requirement, thus lead to the problems of long design cycle and more mistakes. In view of this propose a fast design method. This method is supported by database and model library. Relying on the expert system which contains all parameters and properties of deaerator overall, spare parts, fasteners as well as the method of calculation, selection, design concluded by experienced designer. To develop SolidWorks with VB can make deaerator intelligent parametric design from parameters calculation and structure design to CAD drawings come true. Practice shows that the system improves the speed and accuracy in design greatly, and can also meet the design requirements.
