基于AMESim的负载敏感变量泵的故障仿真研究 被引量:8

摘要 负载敏感泵控技术由于其高效、节能的特点,应用越来越广泛。在详细分析负载敏感变量泵自动调节原理的基础上,通过在图形化仿真环境AMESim中建立负载敏感变量泵的仿真模型,验证了仿真模型的正确性。采用实验虚拟化的办法对负载敏感变量泵设定不同敏感阀压差值ΔPSET和泄漏进行无损故障模拟仿真,并计算出系统的响应。仿真结果表明,该类仿真能够建立一种全面清晰的故障原因、故障机理和故障现象三方相对应的故障关系,通过丰富故障曲线建立相应的故障样本。对理解负载敏感变量泵及其故障和研究基于AMESim的故障仿真方法都有一定的参考价值。 Load sensing pump technology because of its high efficiency, energy-saving features more and more widely used. A detailed analysis of load sensing pump adjust based on the principle, by a graphical simulation environment AMESim to create a simulation model and verify its correctness. Using virtual experimental approaches for set different values of sensing valves and load sensing variable displacement pump leakage non-destructive fault simulation and calculate the response. Simulation results show that this can establish a comprehensive and clear cause of malfunction, failure mechanism, corresponding fault symptom rela- tionships, and the failure to establish appropriate sample. This load sensing pump for its understanding and study of fault simulation method based on the failure AMESim have some reference value.
