摘要 研究了涤纶织物分散染料碱性烂花印花一步法工艺,探讨了焙烘温度和时间、阳离子助剂、氢氧化钠质量分数对分散红902烂花印花效果的影响,比较了24只染料在酸性和碱性条件下的印花性能.研究表明:含氢氧化钠15%和双子阳离子M(双烷基双季铵盐)2%的烂花浆,190℃焙烘3 min,能使涤纶绒布织物获得良好的凹凸立体烂花效果和印花效果.印花处顶破强力随着失重率的增加呈线性下降.另外筛选了适合碱性烂花印花的花色染料. The alkaline burnt-out printing one step process of polyester fabrics with disperse dyes was studied. The influences of curing temperature and time, concentrations of cationic auxiliaries and sodium hydroxide on the effect of alkaline burnt-out printing of C.I. Disperse Red 902 were explored. The properties of 24 kinds of dyes under acid and alkaline burnt-out printing were compared. The results indicated that sodden flower pulp with 15% sodium hydroxide, 2% Cationic M (dialkyl bi-quaternary ammonium salts), curing at 190 ℃ for 3 min could produce excellent stereoscopic effect and printing effect on polyester flannel fabrics. The bursting strength dropped along with the increase of weight loss rate at printing zone. In addition, dyes suitable for burnt-out printing were selected.
