我国农村经济的飞速发展不仅是农业科技水平日益提高的见证,而且也是我国农地制度改革成功的证明。然而,崭新的历史时期却把我国农村经济和社会改革的起点推向了一个新的高度,使其面临更加严峻的挑战。然而就目前我们所进行的一些尝试而言,虽然它们在局部或者是针对部分群体取得了阶段性的胜利,但就其长远和社会整体利益而言,却无助于改变农地制度与经济发展相背离的局面。因此,在现有农地制度之上发展农地合作经营制度成为我国农地制度改革与创新的必然选择。

China＇s rural economic development is not only witness of agricultural science and technology, but also the successful reform of China＇s farmland system. However, new historical period is our country rural economics and social reform starting point to a new level and make it be faced with more severe challenges. However, we have some try at present, although they obtained some victory in part or in some groups, for the long term and the interests of the whole society, it does little to change the land legal system and economic development contrary to the situation. Therefore, the development of farmland co - operative system become the necessary choice of China＇ s farmland system reform.
