文章在分析不同行业、不同地区信息资源管理与云服务融合的理论成果及研究案例的基础上,建立了信息资源管理与云服务融合的共性技术体系,阐述其业务过程的内涵机理、共性理论与共性关键技术、共性标准规范和共性技术引擎等共性技术实施方面的研究内容和研究思路,为进一步深入和系统地开展相关行业信息资源管理与云服务融合平台的研发、实施、应用和推广奠定了基础。

Based on the analysis of the theoretical achievements and research cases of fusion of information resources manage- ment and cloud service in different industries and different areas, this article constructs the general character technology system of fusion of information resources management and cloud service. The article expatiates on the research content and research ideas in the implementation of general character technology such as the connotation mechanism of its business process, the general character theory and general character key technology, the general character criterion, and the general character technology engine. The arti- cle lays a foundation for the further in-depth and systematic research and development, implementation, application and populariza- tion of platforms of fusion of information resources management and cloud service in related industries.
