This paper describes the life cycle of enterprise intellectual property right, the ideal management cycle model of enterprise R＆D activities and intellectual property fight, and the management process of intellectual property right （patent） . The pa- per aims to help enterprises fully recognize and correctly understand the importance of intellectual property fight to enterprise devel- opment, the formulation of the enterprise intellectual property right strategies, and the management process of intellectual property fight. Through effective management, development and utilization of intellectual property fight, the technical strength and market competitive power of the enterprises will be continuously increased.
