摘要
本文通过薄壁直梁件的碰撞仿真研究,对碰撞仿真的技术细节进行了深入的研究。分析了网格密度、车身用低碳钢材料塑性特性随应变率的变化及焊点力学特性因素对仿真结果的影响。
In this paper, the technical detail is discussed through the research of the thin walled column crash simulation. The effect of the mesh density, the change of dynamic plasticity property of mild steel with strain rate and the spotweld mechanical property on the simulation results is analyzed.
