提升公安机关驾驭动态社会治安能力的几点思考

Several Thoughts on Improving Public Security Organs’ Abilities of Controlling Dynamic Social Security

影响公安机关驾驭动态社会治安能力的不利因素是多方面的。既有来自社会、科技发展方面的,也有法制不完备、舆论导向不规范、警力保障不足等方面的。公安机关应努力克服不利因素的困扰,从健全、完善法律制度;改善警察公共关系;强化民警的业务培训;从优待警;信息化建设;构建虚拟社会整体防控体系建设;深入推进社区警务战略等为切入点,不断提高驾驭动态社会治安的控制能力。

There are many negative factors affecting public security organs’ abilities of controlling dynamic social security.Some come from the development of society and technology while others come from the incomplete legal systems,non-standard guidance of public opinion and lack of guarantee in police force and so on.In order to improve the abilities of controlling dynamic social security continuously,public security organs should strive to overcome negative factors from the perspectives of perfecting legal systems,improving police public relations,strengthening police’s professional training,giving special treatment to police,carrying out information construction,constructing the overall system of prevention and control to virtual society and further carrying forward community policing strategies.
