The key to liability confirmation is how to identify the big or small fault in traffic accidents.Through studying relevant laws and regulations at home and abroad,this article put forward the concept of fault degree.As for the fault of individual illegal act,this article introduced its quantitative representation methods and part of provisions to fault degree in supporting regulations like Road Traffic Safety Law.
