凸轮轴桃形加工工艺的改进

针对一汽－大众汽车有限公司凸轮轴桃形氩弧重熔淬火工序所造成的废品率高的现象，对原凸轮轴桃形部分加工工艺状态及该部分加工工艺存在的问题加以分析，并对此工艺进行改进，从而降低了凸轮轴废品率，提高了产品的质量。

To solve the problem of high reject rate caused by argon arc melting hardening process in the production of camshaft of FAW-VW, the analysis and improvement have been made on the state and problem of the processing technology of earn lobe. As result, the reject rate has been reduced and product quality has been improved.
