试论文化遗产保护与旅游开发——以“夜游龙门”为例

Conservation of cultural heritage and tourism development: The night visit in Longmen Grottos

目的为了理顺文化遗产保护与旅游开发的关系,以河南洛阳龙门石窟为例,对开展文化遗产夜间旅游的方式进行探讨。方法文献资料分析、实地考察走访、案例分析、数据处理、比较研究。结果文化遗产的夜间旅游要依据景点的实际情况而定,不能一概而论,龙门夜游违背了文化遗产真实性与完整性原则,既没有收到预期的经济收益,而且社会效益也受到一定影响。结论当文化遗产地沿用至今,或位于城市的毗邻或中心位置时,需在保护文化遗产真实性与完整性的基础上,负责任地开展文化遗产夜间旅游,实现文化遗产价值共享。

Aim To put forward suggestions for night visiting products of cultural heritage based on cultural heritage conservation. Methods Literature analysis, field work and interview, case study, data processing, comparative study. Results It was found that night visiting in Longme Grottos is contrary to the authenticity and integrity principles of cultural heritage and does not receive the expected economic benefits. Conclusion The responsible night visiting and value sharing of cultural heritage based on the conservation of authenticity and integrity of cultural heritage was feasible when the cultural heritage site is still in use today or located near or in a city.
