摘要 九寨沟国家森林公园在坚持可持续发展开发原则下,实行低碳运营,并通过多年的摸索形成了较为成熟的低碳运营模式。文中对其管理体制、资金保护、营销策略、居民协调和人员管理等方面进行总结,旨在为创建一流国家森林公园提供技术支撑。 Jiuzhaigou National Forest Park has made great achievements in development, construction and management since its establishment. A relatively mature low carbon operation mode after many years of exploration has been formed by carrying out low carbon operation under the principle of sustainable development. The paper summarized the management system, fundings, marketing strategy, dwellers coordination and personnel management of the park in the process of constructing and managing a low carbon scenic spot, which was aimed at providing technical supports to the construction of first - class national forest parks.
