摘要 为了监测钢筋或各种埋地管线的腐蚀情况,提出了基于金属腐蚀敏感膜的光纤腐蚀传感器。介绍了Fe-C合金膜光纤腐蚀传感器的原理。为了实现光纤腐蚀传感器的传感性能,需要在光纤表面电镀Fe-C合金膜。利用HF酸腐蚀掉光纤包层,确定光纤包层被完全腐蚀掉的时间,通过实验确定光纤敏化和活化的镀液配方和工艺。先利用化学镀在处理过的光纤表面上镀一层适合电镀的中间导电镍层,然后利用电镀工艺电镀Fe-C合金膜,最终获得表面光亮、均匀、结合力好的金属腐蚀敏感膜。 In order to monitor the corrosion of bar and kinds of buried pipeline,optical fiber corrosion sensor based on corrosion-sensitive metal film was presented.The principle of Fe-C alloy-film corrosion sensor was introduced,and Fe-C alloy-film needed to be electroplated on the fiber surface.First,the optical fiber cladding was corroded by HF acid and the time was confirmed that the cladding was corroded completely.Then,the plating solution recipe and craft of fiber sensitization and radioactivation were determined by test.And the electric conduction nickle film was plated on the worked fiber surface by chemical plating.After that,Fe-C alloy-film was plated by electroplate.Finally,the metal sensitive film with brightness,uniform and good bond was obtained.
