摘要
激光光栅的质量检测是光栅生产应用中的关键环节。该测试系统设计了高精度微小电流采样电路,采用过采样技术用AVR芯片内部10位ADC实现13位采样精度,采用窗口滤波、平均滤波进行进一步数据处理。系统提升光栅透光率的测量相对误差至5‰以内,0级与1级光斑光强比测量相对误差至1%以内,实现了高精度激光光栅测试。
The quality test of laser grating is the key in the production and application of grating.The test system designed high-precision little current sampling circuit.It adopted oversampling technique to achieve 13-bit sampling with a 10-bit ADC inside AVR MCU,and used window filtering and average filtering for further data processing.The system improves the relative error of grating’s transmittance to less than 5‰,and the ratio of the grade 1 to grade 0 to less than 1%,implements high-precision test for laser grating.
