摘要
为了在造纸过程中对各个工艺流程进行实时监控和跟踪记录以及对整个生产设备实现集中控制,在分析控制需求和满足生产要求的基础上,利用WinCC 6.2组态软件设计了监控系统,与触摸屏,文本显示器,操作面板以及一、二次接线图形成三重监控的控制模式,并且用以太网卡通过TCP/IP方式连接PLC和工业PC机,使整个生产系统有效联网。系统的成功运行,较好地解决了生产过程中实时控制和通讯等关键问题。该监控系统运行可靠、管理方便,具有在同类行业中推广应用的前景。
In order to implement real-time monitoring and trace records each part of process flows in the papermaking process and actualize centralized control of whole facilities,the monitoring system was designed by making use of WinCC 6.2 configuration software on the basis of analyzing control needs and meeting production requirements.At the same time the triple control framework was formed which was composed of monitoring system,touch screen,text display,operation panel and primary and secondary connection diagrams.And using Ethernet card PC and PLC connected by means of TCP/IP,the interconnected system was achieved.After operating successfully,the system provides a good way to solve the critical problems of production process.It is reliable and convenient and has a good prospect of application and extension.
