摘要
设计一种用于甲烷气体监测的无线传感器网络节点硬件电路,可对煤矿瓦斯、家用天然气管道泄漏进行探测。以超低功耗的MSP430F149单片机为控制核心,以射频nRF905芯片为无线传输模块,以TP-1.1A甲烷传感器及其外围电路为传感器模块,重点分析了功耗,实现了网络节点的硬件电路设计,并测试了不同条件下传感器的感知精度、节点的功耗与收发信息次数的关系。结果表明该节点具有良好的甲烷监测的能力。
A wireless sensor networks node for methane monitoring was introduced.It can monitor coal mine gas and leakage of natural gas.Based on a microprocessor MSP430F149,a RF transceiver nRF905 and a methane gas monitoring sensor TP-1.1A,the hardware circuit containing RF communication,data acquisition and power modules was designed.The power consumption was analyzed.The perception precision of sensors on the different condition was tested.The relation of consumption of node and the numbers of transmit-receive information was presented.The experimental results show that the node has the good ability of methane monitoring.
