摘要 滚动轴承故障诊断意义重大,振动分析是诊断滚动轴承故障最有效的手段。文中根据滚动轴承振动信号的特点,以包络检波技术为基础,利用LabVIEW设计出相应的滚动轴承故障诊断系统。提出带通滤波和包络谱细化这两个系统设计中的关键技术问题并给出了解决方法。试验结果证明:系统能够有效地诊断出轴承存在故障且能判定发生故障的元件。 It has great significance to diagnose the fault existing in rolling bearings,and vibration analysis is the most effective way to detect fault.According to the characteristic of rolling bearing’s vibration signal,a kind of fault diagnosis system for rolling bearing was designed,which was based on envelope-demodulation technology and realized by LabVIEW.Major problems of the system design,including band-pass wave filtering and getting detail of envelope spectrum,and corresponding solutions were proposed.The experiment result proves this fault diagnosis system can effectively judge a fault rolling bearing and the location of the fault.
