摘要
为了提高精密离心机的转速控制精度,需要有高精度的转速测量装置。文中利用光栅传感器把转速信号转换成脉冲信号,使用数字逻辑实现对光栅信号的频率细分,并采用FPGA对电机转速进行测量。通过SPI接口实现与外部设备间的通信,从而提高对转速的测控精度。
In order to improve the precision centrifuge speed control accuracy,high precision speed measurement device is required.Rotate speed signal was converted into pulse signal with the use of grating encoder,and digital logic was used to implement signal frequency subdivision,using FPGA to motor speed measurement.Through the SPI interface and the external communication between devices,it can improve the measurement of the speed and the precision of control.
