摘要
林纸一体化项目的生态影响评价涉及的评价内容非常广泛,是最复杂的生态影响评价之一。本文从生态学角度,分析了林纸一体化项目中原料林基地的特点,阐述了生态影响评价的重点内容,并以黔北竹浆林纸一体化工程为例,从避免和削减生态影响两方面,提出了该类项目的生态影响防护措施。
The ecological impact assessment for Forest -Paper integration projects involves a very wide range of items, is one of the most complex ecological impact assessment. From an ecological point of view, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the raw material forest base of such integration project, listed the key elements which should be included in the ecological impact assessment, and took the northern Guizhou bamboo pulp paper integration project as an example, to demonstrate the measures, for example, the avoidance and mitigation of ecological impact of such projects.
